备注:

1.顺序按遥控器上的“DISPLAY”,“5”,“VOL+”,“POWER”键,电视即进入维修状态.

2.遥控器上的数字键“1”,“4”可向上/向下改变调项目号.用遥控器数字键“3”,“6”可向上/向下改变调整数据值.按“MUTE”键进入数据写入存储方式.按数字键“0”,执行数据写入存储器方式.执行数据写入存储器的操作,将重新调整过的数据值写入EEPROM.按数字键“7”,“0”,所有数据变为存储器中的存储值.按数字键“8”,“0”,使所有数字变为标准数据.按数字键“5”,“0”,进行EEPROM中的数据的初始化.只有更换EERPOM存储器后才进行此项操作,平常不要使用此项操作.按数字键“2”,“0”,将50Hz调整数据写入60Hz工作方式,或反之.

3.行频H-FRP可进维修状态下,电视机输入标准信号,然后按遥按器上的数字键“9”,即可执行频自动调整。

4.按遥控器上的“POWER”键,操作电视进入待机状态..然后按“POWER”键开机,电视机即回到正常工作状态.

2 .索尼F系列(G3F)机芯彩电故障自检功能

1.由于本机芯采用IC总线系统,因此可以实现自检功能.在开机后,若某一受控 IC没有向CPU送回规定应答信号,则说明此IC存在故障,此时与之对应的发光二极管将按规定的次数闪烁(发光二极管点亮600ms的规律闪烁).

注: 08 H-PHA在数据00-07内调整. 34 VM功能不起作用. 46 OSDOE设置为0.48 DEGAUSS设置为0.39 PIP-L在使用M37204M8-A10SP(MM` t IC005)时设置为08. 50 MUTE在使用M3720M8-A10SP时不能选择. 32 SBSHP在使用M37204M8-A10SP时设置为03.在使用M3720M8-XXX时设置为0.

(2)图像质量调整

第28-233’项调整项目,副控制调.在电视对比度,色调,色度,亮度等控制置于50%位置时,若图像不在最佳位置,应对相应的副对比度,副色调,副色度(副彩色),副亮度进行调整.第32,33项副清晰度和平衡控制应设为标准值.

(3)显示位置调整

调整项目号为35-43.第35项,M-DSP,主屏幕水平显示位置,对此项目调整时,屏幕的行幅将从右侧沿水平方向变化.第36 项,S-DSP,画中画屏幕水平显示位置.对比项进行调整时,子屏幕的行幅将从右侧沿水平方向变化.第37项,PIP-H,画中画水平位置校正.第38项,-PIP-V,画中画垂直位置校正.第42项,PIPVS,画中画垂直校正.第43项,PIPHS,画中画水平正.当在维修状态按画中画“POSITION”(位置)时,位置将自动循环变化.第39-4项及第47项 应设置为标准值.第44项,TXPIC,图文电视图像.此项目的目的是当接收图文电视时校正亮度,标准值是05.

 

索尼G系列彩电I2C总线数据调整

(1)令彩电进入行待机状态.(2)依次按键:DISPLAY”,5”.VOL(+)”,POWER”,彩电便进入维修模式.(3)按键.1”,4”,可选择所需调整的项目号(如01,08, 0A等).按键3”,6”,可调整数据.(4)按键MUTING”写入.(5)按键0”实行写入,此时屏幕显示WRITE”表示数据已写入,调整即告结束.对于一般维修而言,若不需对某项目数据作仔细或特别的调整,可在彩电进入维修模式之后,直接依次按动8”,0”键,即可迅速调好IC总线数据(全标准状态).
